Hello Jeff,
I’ve just been to a meditation group who played a webcast of your guided meditation. It was really amazing and helpful so thank you. Could you tell me where they are please?
I am from the land down under – the home of the mind-body identity model. I, however subscribe to the mind-body interactive hypothesis. Bohm talked about the implicate order. Sheldrake researched the metamorphic field. Plato and Aristotle had a go at forms and other ‘spooky’ ideas – and goodon’em! My South Australian friend Alan Oliver (Thinkerman) has applied ideas akin to the interactive hypothesis to both understanding and practical application. I am not an ‘attached philosopher’ but, rudimentary as my speculations may be, I hope I am at least an ever-nascent applied philosopher. If we feel there is an inner and an outer, er … reality, could it be that the ‘sensational experience’ that gives rise to this notion is based in a probable reality that has for so long been staring us in the face and crying out for investigation devoid of any religious (including atheistic) inhibitions?
